Once inside your gated community, there are 175 park model cottage sites to choose from: you can be nestled in the trees, basking in our sunny field, or right on the beach at Newfound Lake. You customize your brand new cottage by selecting a floor plan, exterior materials and colors, and interior décor.  And outside, your zone’s annual fee takes care of your amenities at Bristol Shores, site maintenance, lawn maintenance, snowplowing, water, and septic.

The rules and regulations at Bristol Shores are designed to maintain a very high standard of living.  For example, exterior changes to your park model cottage are not permitted, unless approved by the campground owner.  Pets are allowed, but must be leashed and cleaned up after.  The use of off road vehicles such as snowmobiles or quads in Bristol Shores is permitted, but only to access nearby trails. These rules and regulations work for you, protecting you as a cottage owner, ensuring the beauty of Bristol Shores, and protecting the landscape, shoreline, and atmosphere of your vacation getaway.  Our goal is to provide you with the uninterrupted enjoyment of your park model cottage and our beautiful landscape.
